    Shockcor lightens the burden of HOA Board members by helping develop and administer Annual and long term Budgets, preparing and distributing Monthly Financial Reports for board members and members.  Shockcor professionals attend and assist with Board meetings, assist with interpretation and application of covenants & by-laws, provide timely updates to Board on community activities, homeowner issues.
  • Board and Member updates.
    Shockcor provides access to HOA financial reports, meetings minutes, resident communications and activity reports through a a secure and easily accessible website portal.
  • Complete Financial Management.
    Shockcor provides each HOA a secure online web portal for members to pay dues and member fees. Shockcor facilitates submission of annual state and federal income tax return, maintains appropriate insurance coverage & records, and servers as Registered Agent for Association – receiving all legal notices on behalf of Association Serve as contact to local realtor and closing attorney market
  • Property maintenance.
    Shockcor will keep common areas in top condition by establishing a regular cleaning schedule and making repairs to existing infrastructure.  Making sure regular maintenance is completed on everything from testing the fire alarm system to inspecting elevators, to maintaining existing landscaping and annual flower planting.
